Michael B. Jordan joins WWII action-drama ‘The Liberators’

After the success of Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan has become one of the hottest names in Hollywood. Michael B. Jordan will be producing he World War II action-drama The Liberators.

The film centers around the 761st regiment in World War II, an entirely African-American combat unit who’s bravery and love for their country led to the desegregation of the armed forces.

It has not yet been reported that Michael B. Jordan will be starring while producing.

The script has been written by Madison Turner and will be produced by Safehouse Pictures’ Tory Tunnell and Joby Harold and Outlier Society Production’s Alana Mayo. Safehouse’s Matt Schwartz will also executive produce.

You can catch Michael B. Jordan in Black Panther or in HBO’s Fahrenheit 451 which is set to release in sometime in May.
