While not much information has been revealed for far, Publisher Activision and developer Treyarch will share more details on May 17 later this year.  Officially, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 (IIII) will be coming out on October 12 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

While there have been rumors, there is no confirmation that Black Ops IIII will be available for the Nintendo Switch.

Additionally, this will be the first time in decades that a Black Ops game release in the fall will be out in October as opposed to November.  That may be due to some competitive timing issue with the release of another major game, Red Dead Redemption 2, that will be out on October 26.

Until then, hopefully more definitive news will be available on May 17.
