GOC’S 10 Best Moments From the 90th Academy Awards
Film’s biggest night was held last night in Hollywood at the Dolby Theater. Hosted for the second year in a row by Jimmy Kimmel, the 90th annual Oscars was a night that was filled with star power, fashion and fun.
