Official Teaser Trailer for the Harry Potter Mobile RPG Released
For the muggles (and wizards proficient with technology) out there, it’s time to get a taste of a Hogwarts adventure will be like through a mobile virtual reality mobile game.
A few months ago, it was announced that a Harry Potter mobile game, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, was in the works and was being created by Jam City in partnership with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
Now, an official teaser trailer for the game has been released, revealing just what sort of magical interactions players will find. From the house-defining Sorting Hat ceremony to unlocking secrets of the castle to perfecting magic spells, players will get to wander and (virtually) live out their magical life. You can watch the full teaser trailer down below:
Some familiar faces will also appear in the game including all the Heads of each house, Filius Flitwick as Head of Ravenclaw, Pomona Sprout as Head of Hufflepuff, Minerva Mcgonagall as Head of Gryffindor, and Severus Snape as Head of Slytherin, as well as Headmaster Albus Dumbledore. The game is set before the Boy-Who-Lives and You-Know-Who so there’s no imminent threat of dark magic and no academic interruption from a certain Gryffindor trio.
Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is now open for pre-registration on Google Play prior to the game’s release; pre-registration guarantees that Google Play customers will be alerted the moment the game is available to download.
