‘Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy’ is Coming to Nintendo Switch

The ports keep on rolling in! This week’s issue of Weekly Jump revealed that Bandai Namco’s Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, will be released for Switch.

Despite the Storm series being composed of four titles, only the first three will be included in this collection. An interesting omission considering Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy collection contained all four titles when it released on Xbox and PlayStation last fall.

As we have come to expect from collected rereleases, the Switch’s Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy will come with all previous DLC.

The Weekly Jump scan has only confirmed the game’s release for Japan. However, with Bandai Namco’s recent support for the Switch, bringing over titles like Dragon Ball Xenvoerse, it’s likely a North American announcement isn’t far behind.

Once again the Switch has added yet another fan-favorite to its catalog. Maintaining its title as the premier platform to play games for the 2nd time or perhaps games that may have slipped under the radar. Is the Switch’s portability enough to convince you to pick up the Storm trilogy? Let us know what you think of the announcement down in the comments!
