‘Horizon Zero Dawn’ Crossover with ‘Monster Hunter World’ Kicks Off Feb. 28

From giant mechanical dinosaurs to the ferocious Nergigante, Horizon: Zero Dawn‘s Aloy is geared to face her next challenge in a crossover with Monster Hunter: World.

While the time to complete the first crossover event, allowing players to dress their Palico companions as a Watcher from Horizon: Zero Dawn has passed. Starting on February 28 the next quest begins, rewarding players with an armor set that will transform players into Aloy, regardless of the gender of the character.

Hunters wanting to earn the armor set will need to be at least HR 11, before accepting the quest to track down and slay Anjanath. Outside of hunting the Anjanath, no other details have been revealed as for what the Horizon: Zero Dawn themed quest will entail.

The quest will be an exclusive mission to the PlayStation and will run from February 28 to March 5. More crossovers are planned for Monster Hunter: World throughout the year, including one for Street Fighter and Mega Man.

What other crossovers would you like to see in Monster Hunter: World? Personally, I’m hoping they bring back the One Piece weapons from the 3DS titles.
