Splatoon Continues Tradition of Hologram Concerts

This year at Niconico Tokaigi Super Smash Bros. 4 (Wii U) tournament in Japan featured Pearl and Marina for their traditional hologram concert that started with the first Splatoon in 2015.

Pearl and Marina now in Splatoon 2 took over for the Squid Sisters from the first game.  At their concert, they sang for adoring fans (read: human fans).  A bonus special surprise that many Splatoon players might have enjoyed is that the new Inkopolis hosts did a few encore songs with their predecessors.

Meanwhile, in the tournament, Nairoby “Nairo” Quezada beat rival “MKLeo” Lopez Perez four to none in the finals.
