With the Tom Hardy-starring Venom film hitting theaters this fall, Hasbro has gotten out in front of things, announcing a new line of toys for the character and his more diabolical counterpart, Carnage. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hasbro will launch the toy line this fall. This year’s American International Toy Fair, which kicks off on Saturday, February 17, is playing host to the toy line’s first preview.
Though the fall launch of the Venom and Carnage toys coincides with the film’s October release, they themselves bear no resemblance to what fans should expect on-screen. This especially applies to Carnage, as a confirmation of his live-action debut remains in the wind.
Both characters are to receive 6-inch figures in Hasbro’s acclaimed Legends Series, each of which will run consumers $19.99. Check them out below:
Additionally, Venom and Carnage will be immortalized as Titan Hero Series figures, which are 12-inches-tall. These figures are priced at $9.99. See them below:
A two-pack of figures, feature Venom and Carnage in the same packaging, is also on Hasbro’s release slate. These figures will measure 6-inches-tall and retail at $19.99. The packaging is depicted below:
Venom opens in theaters on October 5.
