We haven’t heard much about the DCEU’s upcoming Shazam! project, other than The Walking Dead‘s Cooper Andrews recently snagging a role in the movie. Worry not though, you know good ole Geeks of Color has you on all the super-fan updates any young DCEU fan needs. There..are still DCEU fans out there right? I mean, I’m still hanging on to the shreds of hope I have for this franchise, but never mind that!

Captain Marvel himself had some very interesting comments on which DC superhero he’d like to appear in Shazam! in an interview with ET. Zachary Levi said none other than the goddess herself, Wonder Woman. Can you blame him? Here’s what he had to say:

“I think getting a cameo from anybody would be super cool, but I just think Gal Gadot is so effervescent. She has such a charm…and I think it would be really funny to have the 14-year-old Billy Batson inside of Shazam that’s really awkward around this beautiful Amazonian. I just think that would be really awesome.”

With Wonder Woman being the most positively received DCEU movie and Gal Gadot’s undeniable charm on-screen as Princess Diana, it sounds like a win-win to me. The DCEU needs to treat Wonder Woman s their centric character like Fox with Wolverine and the MCU with Iron Man.
