It looks 2018 is starting off with a nice dose of black girl magic. Actress Dewanda Wise who is the star of the Netflix series She’s Gotta Have It went on her instagram account to announce that the show has been renewed for a second season.
Oscar nominated director Spike Lee also took to his instagram to share his gratitude to fans on the second season renewal that has been confirmed by THR.

She’s Gotta Have It follows the life of a struggling artist named Nola trying to make it in the Bronx all while juggling three lovers, each of whom serves a specific purpose in her life. The series is a reboot of the 1986 film of the same name which was written and directed by Spike Lee.
