‘Dear White People’ Lead Logan Browning Joins Horror Film ‘The Perfection’
Logan Browning is at it again, but this time she won’t be sitting behind a desk speaking to a school through a mic. This time? She may be screaming.
Browning has joined The Perfection alongside Allison Williams (Get Out) in this Richard Shepard-directed horror film, Deadline has learned. The movie follows the two cello prodigies and an evil obsession in the journey of perfection.
Browing also stars in Netflix’s Dear White People, which recently wrapped production on Season 2, and will return for the fourth season of BET’S Hit The Floor.
Director Shepard has won an Emmy award, whose works include 30 Rock, Dom Hemingway and has directed 12 episodes of the Golden Globe-winning HBO series Girls.
Production for the film is set to start in early 2018, where it will take place in Vancouver and Shanghai. A release date has not been set.
