Girls Trip actress Tiffany Haddish has joined a new project, The Oath, a film set in an America where citizens have to take an oath of loyalty, a man has to make it through the Thanksgiving holiday without destroying his family.
Written and directed by Jon Barinholtz, the film so far includes the talents of John Cho (Star Trek), Carrie Brownstein (Portlandia), Billy Magnussen (Ingrid Goes West), Meredith Hagner (Search Party), Nora Dunn (The Guilt Trip), Chris Ellis (Murder in the First) and Jon Barinholtz himself.
So far, character details for every actor are being kept under wraps, as a way to not give away too much of the plot, but what is known is that Haddish will be joining the project not only as an actress but as executive producer as well.
Other producers of the film include Sean McKittrick, Ray Mansfield and Edward H. Hamm Jr, Barinholtz and Andrew Robinson.
