The Next Battlefield Game Could Be a Return to Bad Company
In a new video from AlmightyDaq, he claims that DICE Los Angels is planning a return to Battlefield: Bad Company. Known for leaking information regarding Battlefield 1, the YouTuber has already proven to be a reliable source in the past.

With Electronic Arts receiving considerable backlash over Star Wars Battlefront 2’s microtransactions, and the shut down of the single-player game studio, Visceral Games. The return to the light-hearted spin-off series may be just what the publisher needs to regain good faith.
In AlmightyDaq’s video, he explicitly states that “Bad Company 3 is not following the same steps as Battlefront 2,” regarding microtransactions. Hopefully, a sign that after claiming the throne of the most downvoted comment in Reddit history, Electronic Arts may have finally learned a lesson.
The game is set to take place in a post-Vietnam war era with ties to the cold war. Pulling back from the grandiose maps the Battlefield series has become known for. Battlefield 3 is looking to provide a tighter gameplay experience rather than a feeling of all-out war.
Despite the recent missteps, will Battlefield 3 be able to pull you back into the EA ecosystem? Leave a comment below and let us know what you think!
