First Look into ‘The Occupation’ Videogame
IGN has released an 8-minute video of a first-look into a brand new video game known as The Occupation. In this first-person point-of-view game, the player is “1980’s English journalist in the wake of a terrorist attack.” The premise of the game focuses on “how you spend the next four real-time hours” which “will determine the outcome of the game.”
The stealth-adventure game is designed with beautiful visuals, packing a lot of story and gameplay story. It gives way to different play-throughs for players, especially with its strong narrative-arc. There are lots of details in the game that lend itself to a variety of approaches and strategies for the player. Additionally, the game touches on contemporary political topics such as immigration and government.
