Victor Levin’s romantic-comedy reunites Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder as two miserable wedding guests who develop a connection over their shared unhappiness.
The film garnered a ton of buzz after being pitched at the American Film Market. Levin’s previous directing credits include several episodes of Survivor’s Remorse and romantic film 5 to 7. Destination Wedding is Reeves and Ryder’s third feature film together, after Dracula and A Scanner Darkly.
Aviron Pictures was launched in the run-up to the Cannes Film Festival this year by [David] Dinerstein, an industry veteran who previously founded Paramount Classics and was a leading force at Fox Searchlight.
Aviron will be distributing the film in North America, and several other English-speaking countries, including the U.K., Australia, and South Africa.
Aviron Pictures is a fairly new distribution company, but the anticipation for this film will surly happy results for the company. Aside from Destination Wedding, Aviron’s movie slate also includes Drunk Parents, starring Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek.

I’m excited for this. But not as hyped as when there were rumors of Reeves and Jamie Clayton dating. Cant wait for this movie (Table 19 w/Ana Kendrik was pretty cool)
