Hulu Working on ‘Hitman’ TV Series
It’s no secret that video game to film adaptations don’t have the best record. Hulu wants to change that trend with an action series based on the video game Hitman.
The pilot is being written by John Wick scribe Derek Kolstad, who also be an executive producer.
Hitman follows expert assassin Agent 47 through various missions for the International Contract Agency.

The game has sold 25 million copies, with the most recent edition, Hitman, being released in 2016.
The game was previously made into two movies, 2007’s Hitman, starring Timothy Olyphant as the title character and 2015’s Hitman: Agent 47, which saw Rupert Friend take over the role.
Hulu is hoping Hitman can become a flagship series joining the award-winning The Handmaid’s Tale, Marvel’s Runaways and The Mindy Project.
What do you think of a Hitman TV series? Who would you cast as Agent 47?
