‘Iron Man 3’ Co-Star Ty Simpkins Returning to MCU in ‘Avengers 4’
Marvel has kept the details of Avengers 4 a big secret, however a few pieces of casting news have come out. It was recently rumored that the film was looking for extras for a funeral scene. Now, IMDB is reporting that Iron Man 3’s Ty Simpkins will be back as Harley Keener.
Though IMDB pages can be edited, this news came from the site’s Twitter page.

In Iron Man 3, Harley helped hide Tony and his suit after it lost power and he was stranded in a small town. Tony repaid the young engineer/fan by giving him an upgraded lab.
This latest casting announcement has led to speculation, that Harley returns to pay his respects. While the logical conclusion would be that he is there to mourn Tony, it’s possible he could be part of a flashback or dream.
Honestly, at this point it’s anyone’s guess what any of this information means. Perhaps things will become more clear when Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters May 4, 2018. Then Avengers 4, assembles on screens May 3, 2019.
