‘Gambit’ Gets February 2019 Release Date

X-men spinoff, Gambit finally gets a release date. The film which is set to star Channing Tatum as the Cajun mutant, Remy LeBeau will get a Valentine’s Day release in 2019.

The film has been up in the air for quite some time now, but with a release date now solidified and the reports that Pirates of the Caribbean director, Gore Verbinski is in talks to helm the film, things are looking up for the 20th Century Fox production.

According to Comingsoon.net, it was reported that Tatum would be joined by Lea Seydoux as the film’s female lead, Belladonna Boudreaux but her status in the film is currently unknown.

Gambit will follow already announced X-men films coming from 20th Century Fox in 2018 that include: New Mutants, Deadpool 2 and X-men: Dark Phoenix.
