John Constantine to Reportedly Feature in Legends of Tomorrow Season 3
John Constantine hasn’t been seen in the Arrowverse since he helped restore Sara Lance’s soul in Arrow’s fourth season. With an animated series hitting CW Seed in 2018, excitement around the beloved hellblazer is currently at a high. And it’s about to be taken several steps higher, if a report from ComicBook.com proves true.
ComicBook has reportedly “learned that Matt Ryan will reprise his role as Constantine” in the impending third season of Legends of Tomorrow. For now, details on his appearance are publicly unknown. But if such an occurrence is indeed happening, the hopes and dreams of many are finally coming to fruition.

Though his tenure on NBC’s Constantine was short-lived, Matt Ryan’s portrayal of the character quickly garnered a cult following. Since then, Ryan has appeared in the aforementioned Arrow episode (“Haunted”) and starred in the DC animated film, Justice League Dark.
Legends of Tomorrow’s third season begins airing Tuesday, October 10.
