“Natalia is a powerhouse in her work and in her daily life, and she has imbued one of our favorite characters with her natural strength and humor. Natalia was instantly a part of the S.H.I.E.L.D. family the first day she walked onto set, and we’re happy she’s now an official member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. team.”
Natalia’s character even starred in her own series for digitial release entitled Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD: Slingshot. The show was nominated for an emmy and solidified the staying power the character Yo-Yo has has become. This announcement comes two days before the cast of SHIELD will attend New York Comic-Con, giving Cordova-Buckley and her castmates one more thing to be excited about.
