‘IT’ Sequel Gets Official 2019 Release Date
It’s not secret to anyone that IT is the most successful R rated horror movie in box office records, having broken records like biggest opening day for a horror film and the highest-grossing based-on-a-King-novel movie of all time in less than a week.
And as people are loving it (it=It, see what I did there?… ok, never mind) it comes as exciting news to hear that IT Chapter Two has an official premiere date.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, New Line Cinema and Warner Bros had confirmed that Pennywise the Dancing Clown will be haunting our nightmares once more on September 6, 2019.
IT Chapter 2 is expected to take place in the present, focussing in the Losers Club as they face Pennywise once more when it returns 27 years later.
