Harley Quinn Debuts in New Clip from Telltale’s Batman: The Enemy Within
Telltale Games recently revealed Harley Quinn would debut in the second season of their Batman series. For weeks, there was only a picture to tease what her role could possibly entail. Now, though, there’s a voice and an indication that a role reversal may be in play for her and John Doe aka The Joker. The second episode of the series’ sophomore season has a new trailer, featuring the two interacting with one another and Bruce Wayne. Check it out below:

Of particular interest is that while Joker has yet to make his full on transformation to the Clown Prince of Crime, Harley is already very much past her life as Harleen Quinzel. In this regard, Telltale is again subverting canon, but such changes could prove interesting. Others have worked well, thus far.
This subversion of the lore begs the question of who’s in charge, Harley or John Doe? Will he play the love sick side kick? Did her path of villainy begin long before his? We’re bound to find out once the second episode, The Pact, drops on October 3. In the meantime, another trailer showcasing more of Season 2 goes live Tuesday, September 26.
