Production for the upcoming Hellboy reboot is almost under way, and there are new details revealed about the film.

Screenrant reports that filming will begin in the U.K. and Bulgaria, with a short synopsis below:

“The film is about Hellboy going to England, where he must defeat Nimue, Merlin’s consort and the Blood Queen. But their battle will bring about the end of the world, a fate he desperately tries to turn away.”

In addition, the reboot’s official title is still inconclusive. Omega Underground originally reported that “the main title is Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen, which was originally the film’s working title until it was dropped in the favor of the basic Hellboy moniker in early August.”
