‘Pacific Rim Uprising’ Will Debut Its First Trailer at NYCC
New York Comic Con is a month away from us and with it, it’ll come a trailer we’ve been waiting for quite some time -no, it’s not a brand new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi- but it involves big great monsters and robots. Yes, we’re talking about Pacific Rim Uprising.
Today, the official site of the convention shared the schedule of the panels and among the announcements it was that the first official trailer for Steven S. DeKnight’s new film will have its debut at a special panel on October 6 at noon ET.
This means that one month from now, we will have our first look at John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Cailee Spaeny, Jing Tian, Rinko Kikuchi, Charlie Day and Burn Gorman at Pacific Rim‘s sequel fighting in the Jaegers against the Kaijus.
New York Comic Con is becoming an increasingly large convention as years go by, with more and more noteworthy panels and announcements being made during the convention. Just least year, trailers for movies like John Wick: Chapter 2, The Great Wall and War For The Planet of the Apes premiered at NYCC instead of SDCC.
We will have to wait and see what’s more to come, because we are sure the trailer is not the only thing we’re getting on October 6.
What do you think about this news? Are you excited for this trailer?
