‘Agents of Shield’ and ‘Inhumans’ Could Possibly Crossover According to Showrunner
Marvel’s Inhumans will begin a two week IMAX launch today. The show is airing first on the big screen before hitting ABC for the remainder of the series. While it has been stated already that Inhumans is not a spin-off of the already established Marvel television show, Agents of Shield, that does not mean they will not cross paths.
In a recent interview with CBR, showrunner Scott Buck discussed the possibility of a crossover down the line. When asked about the obvious Inhuman influence on Agents of Shield, and how that would factor into Inhumans down the line, Buck had this to say:
Sure, some time in the future, there may be some sort of [crossover] — as it is right now, we stand completely alone and separate from the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but who knows what the future might bring?
Not really a definitive answer, but hopeful for anyone who wants to see the two shows collide. Inhumans is currently in theaters, and will continue on ABC on Friday September 29.
