Following reports of Brenton Thwaites cast as Dick Grayson/Robin, there are also reports of the upcoming Titans live-action series has now started the casting process for the duo Hawk and Dove and Detective Amy Rohrbach.

Comicbook.com reports that “Alan Ritchson and Rebecca Rittenhouse are in line to play Hawk and Dove, respectively”. Ritchson is best known for his role as Arthur Curry/Aquaman in Smallville and as Raphael in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot. Rittenhouse is best known for her role in The Mindy Project.

That Hashtag show also provides a character description for Dove, seen below:

She straddles the world of being a thrill-seeking and do-gooding vigilante, along with being her crime fighting partner’s emotional anchor and caregiver. She loves him, but fears what he’s become.

In addition to looking for the live-action counterparts of Hawk and Dove, there are also reports that DC is searching for an actress to portray Amy Rohrbach. Rohrbach canonically appears in the Nightwing 1990s comics as “detective alongside Dick Grayson who knows more than she lets on”.

Titans will be scheduled to appear in Warner Bros DC-comics digital platform, but there has not been any release date announced.
