Daniel Craig Will be Back as James Bond for One Final Film
Since the release of Spectre in 2015, there has been constant speculation about whether Daniel Craig would return as James Bond.
During a recent appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Craig finally put the speculation to rest by confirming his return as 007 for the fifth time.
“Yes,” Craig told Colbert. “We’ve been discussing it, we’ve just been trying to figure things out,” he explained, adding, “I always wanted to, I needed a break.”
He went on to note that this would be his final Bond film.
“I just want to go out on a high note, and I can’t wait,” said Craig.
Craig made his first appearance as the world’s most famous spy in Casino Royale in 2006, followed by Quantum of Solace in 2008, Skyfall in 2012 and Spectre in 2015.
The untitled Bond 25 is scheduled for release Nov. 8, 2019.
