Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is man who never stops working. In addition to his numerous acting roles, his Seven Bucks Productions has several projects in development.

The company has added one more to the list with Universal’s acquisition of a script following the hunt for Genghis Khan’s tomb.

The script is written by Evan Spiliotopoulos (Beauty and the Beast, The Huntsman: Winter’s War). The contemporary action film sounds like it will be in the style of The Mummy franchise or maybe Tomb Raider.

Though Johnson’s company is producing, the popular actor is not expected to star. Frankly, there’s no room left on The Rock’s current production schedule.

The busy leading man has just finished shooting Rampage, he will then start work on Skyscraper, followed by Jungle Cruise, and don’t forget the Fast and Furious franchise or his HBO series Ballers.
