The ‘Titans’ TV Show’s First Official Cast Member Makes Statement About the Role
When Warner Brothers announced that they would roll out their very own streaming service for their DC content, fanboys everywhere rejoiced. To make the news even better, the studio announced that they would bring a live action adaptation of the popular superhero team, the Teen Titans, exclusively through the streaming platform.
The show which is officially named Titans, will follow Robin, Beast Boy, Star fire, and Raven as they prove that their age does not define their ability as heroes. While there was no initial casting news, it has been confirmed that the hero Raven will be portrayed by actress Teegan Croft. Croft recently made a statement via twitter about the casting which can be seen below.

Croft is the first official cast member to be announced. Her excitement for the role is promising that she will deliver a strong performance. DC is on a role with their female characters after the successful debut of Wonder Woman and the extremely popular debut of Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. Raven along with Starfire will have a lot to live up to, but undoubtedly will carve their own paths in the DC universe.
Titans is set to debut sometime in 2018 when the streaming service launches. In the meantime let us know what you think of the choice for Raven in the comments section below!
