‘2 Dope Queens’ is Coming to HBO
The popular podcast, 2 Dope Queens, is coming to HBO for a four hour-long live special.

“Jessica Williams and Phoebe Robinson prove you can be hilarious and socially conscious at the same time,” HBO programming president Casey Bloys said in a statement. “We are looking forward to bringing these very funny, talented women and their unique points of view to the HBO audience.”
The podcast lead by Williams & Robinson launched in 2016. They often discuss a range of topics from their everyday lives, work, love, sex, race, and other social issues and all with their comedic sensibility. They also feature stand up by guest comedians.
Williams was previously on The Daily Show and has ventured into acting. She could be seen in James C. Strouse’s People Places Things and the recently released Sundance darling The Incredible Jessica James. Robinson a comedian and writer appeared on I Love Dick and Broad City. She has another podcast, Sooo Many White Guys, and released her first book You Can’t Touch My Hair: And Other Things I Still Have to Explain. Robinson was also cast in Netflix film Ibiza.
The HBO special does not have an airdate yet.
