Arrowverse Crossover Will Start With Supergirl This Fall
Between announcing the departure of co-creator and showrunner Ali Adler, the reveal that there would be a season three and its trailer release (which can be seen here), and an incident where they were making fun of the non-canonical ships, Supergirl has had quite a time the past view months. And fans can now expect that Kara will have a bigger part in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover as opposed to last year’s “Invasion”.
“It’s a true four-part crossover that will start [with Supergirl] and be on this fall,” Robert Rovner, one the show’s new showrunners revealed. “And that’s all we can say about it. It’s going to be super.”
Jessica Queller, the show’s other showrunner, also chimed in with “It’s going to be awesome! Best crossover ever!” The cast then joked that all the CW’s shows intersecting (“You get a crossover! You get a crossover!”) Considering that they literally refused to say anything else about it, it’s clear that they all are trying to keep the details a secret for as long as possible.
