Joe Russo Talks Shooting Scenes on Earth & in Space for ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

We got a lot of lit news about Avengers: Infinity War in the past few weeks, what with the D23 Thanos Black Order reveal and last week’s Comic-Con madness, it was almost hard for any geek to keep up! Actually, no it wasn’t and I need more!

Just last month Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn revealed that the Guardians would open up the MCU’s cosmic universe. With Infinity War, Thor: Ragnarok, and Captain Marvel slated to hit theaters soon, the proof is in the pudding. But just how much of Infinity War will take place in space? I mean with earth-bound heroes like Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain America and many more, the fight has to have some Earth shattering scenes right?

Well in an interview with Cinema Blend, director Joe Russo had this to say about how much of the movie will be set on Earth:

A good amount. It’s a lot of different narratives driving towards each other. A lot of different characters, so you have to tell a lot of story. And it’s a good mix between space and Earth.”

Sounds about right when you have a cast and storyline as big as Avengers: Infinity War! What do you guys think? Lit or nah? Sound off in the comics or on Twitter!
