Samuel L. Jackson Heads to TV in ‘Old Man’

Samuel L. Jackson will take a break from saving the world and star in his first TV series.

Jackson will take the lead in Old Man. The drama is based on the book The Old Man by Thomas Perry and follows the secretive life of Vermont retiree Dan Chase.

According to Deadline, “Following Chase’s involvement as a young army intelligence hotshot in a botched operation in Libya thirty-five years ago, he went on the run, trying to escape people who want him dead. Just as he had begun to think he was finally safe, Chase finds himself again in the crosshairs.”
