Deobia Oparei Joins Cast of Live Action Dumbo
if those who are fans of Game of Thrones, Oparei is a familiar face, known for playing Areo Hotah, the captain of the guard for Prince Doran Martell of Dorne in seasons 5 & 6. Oparei will reportedly play a character by the name of “Rongo”, but so far that’s all the information we have about his character and it’s still to be determined on whether or not he will be playing a good guy, a villain or something in between.
Tim Burton has signed on to direct the film which recently began filming and since Alice In Wonderland-his last venture with Disney-garnered more than a billion dollars worldwide, the company is expecting another success for this collaboration.
The current announced Dumbo cast also includes Danny DeVito, Michael Keaton, Colin Farrell and Eva Green.
