‘Arkham Asylum 2’ Brings Back Grant Morrison, Chris Burnham #SDCC2017
DC didn’t waste anytime getting to its big announcements at San Diego Comic-Con.
Batman Incorporated partners Grant Morrison and Chris Burnham will team up again for Arkham Asylum 2.
The follow-up features an adult Damian Wayne as Batman. At DC Comic’s Meet the Publishers panel, Morrison joked that the story is “what he would write if he wanted to jump the shark.”

Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on a Serious Earth revolved around Batman being hunted through the hospital by his worst rogues. There are no details on what aspects from that story the sequel will revisit.
Damian Wayne’s Batman first appeared in Morrison’s Batman #666. He made a deal with the devil for immortality so that he could always be around for Gotham City.
This project is still very new, so there is no release date yet.
Are you excited for an Arkham Asylum sequel? What are your thoughts on Damian Wayne’s Batman?
