T.J. Miller Says ‘Deadpool 2’ Will Have “Dark, Tragic Sh*t”, Promises More Laughs
Ever since Deadpool was released last year, fans have wanted the sequel. This is far from surprising given the success of the first film.
With Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the ‘merc with a mouth’ (a character he seems born to play), many are wondering what adventures Wade Wilson will be on in upcoming sequel.
According to T.J. Miller who plays Wade’s friend, Jack Hammer/Weasel, the sequel will give fans more laughs than the first and it will be different. He promised that the same jokes from the first film would not be recycled for the new one.

During an interview with Screen Rant, Miller had this to say about Deadpool 2:
“It’s not going to be like Hangover 2, it’s not going to be the same movie in a different location, for instance. It’s got different stakes, different things happen, some pretty tragic, dark sh-t happens in the first part of the film, in the beginning, and the rest of the film is kind of dealing with that, so that’s interesting. But Weasel remains just absolutely the most selfish individual on the face of the planet.”
Sounds like we’re in for another fun-filled, action-packed Wade Wilson journey! What do you think? Be sure to let us know in the comment section below.
Joining Reynolds and Miller for the sequel are Josh Brolin as Cable and Zazie Beetz as Domino. Other newcomers to the franchise are Jack Kesy and Julian Dennison.
Deadpool 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 1, 2018.
