Quentin Tarantino Eyeing Manson Family Murders as Next Project
Writer and director Quentin Tarantino has become synonymous with blood, profanity, and good movies. Most of his films become instant classics such as Django, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and Inglorious Basterds. The director has a comedic approach violent stories, which makes his next project all the more interesting. Tarantino will bring the Manson Family murders to the big screen.
Charles Manson and the Manson Family were a cult who struck fear into the city of Los Angeles in the summer of 1969. It was in that summer that Charles Manson ordered his followers to murder individuals in their home. One of those individuals was actress Sharon Tate.
No details have emerged on the project yet, but sources are revealing the film could revolve around the murder of Sharon Tate who was throwing a small house party when the Manson Family breached her home and murdered her along with her guests.
A few names rumored to have been asked to join the project are Brad Pitt as the attorney who prosecutes the Manson Family and Margot Robbie who would portray Sharon Tate. Also rumored to have been offered Tate is Jennifer Lawrence.
