It looks a fan favorite from the first season of DC Comics series The Flash will be returning for the premiere episode of the show’s fourth season. Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that actress Britne Oldford will be reprising her role as Shawna Baez other wise known as Peek-A-Boo.

Peek-A-Boo has the power of teleportation and was first introduced in the season one episode entitled Crazy For You where she robbed an armored truck but was ultimately stopped by Barry Allen and sent to the pipeline prison. In another episode of season one called Rogue Air she was broken out of prison by Captain Cold and the Golden Glider but for the past two seasons the character has been missing in action. Hopefully her return will mean that she’s been laying low, waiting for the right time to strike again.

When The Flash returns, Barry will still be stuck in the speed force and Wally West will be the only Flash in Central City. It also still looks like The Thinker will be the main villain in the series’ fourth season giving Barry a different type of villain to go up against versus having to fight another speedster like himself. But hopefully the character Peek-A-Boo will stick around for more than one episode and give the team a hard time with her teleporting abilities.
