Malcolm D. Lee Set To Direct Kevin Hart Lead Comedy For Universal
Malcolm D. Lee will be directing Universal Pictures action-comedy Night School, starring Kevin Hart. Will Packer will produce the film under Will Packer Productions, and Hart will produce with his production company, Hartbeat Production.

Universal has been the distribution home for both Lee and Packer for sometime, and they are currently anticipating the release of Girls Trip.
Night School will be released on September 28th 2018. The comedy will be about a group of misfits who attend adult classes in the chance of passing their GED exam. The story was written by Hart with Kevin Hart: What Now? writers, Harry Ratchford, Joey Wells, and newcomer Matt Kellard.
