Arrow Season 6 to Focus on Oliver and William’s Relationship
[Slight Spoilers for Arrow Season 5 Finale]
After an explosive fifth season finale, details about the structure of CW’s Arrow’s sixth season are coming out. Following William Clayton’s revelation that his father is the Green Arrow, Stephen Amell has confirmed that much of the next season will be centered around their relationship.
At Portland Heroes and Villains Fan Fest last weekend, Amell stated:
“I’m excited that not only are they going to learn about having the father/son relationship, I think we’re going to explore that in Season 6, but [William] also knows that Oliver is the Green Arrow. So there’s a lot of interesting layers and dynamics. I’m just excited to have to teach him a lesson. As a father, Oliver will definitely try to be better than what he’s been as a person… So hopefully he can be a good example for William.”
The sixth season of Arrow premieres on October 12, and will air on Thursdays at 9 PM.
