‘Young Justice’ Cast has Recorded Five Season Three Episodes

The upcoming third season of Young Justice has become more of a reality with news that the voice cast has done at least five episodes.

The announcement came when Nolan North, who plays Superboy, let the cat out of the bag at AwesomeCon.

North was discussing his friendship with Khary Payton (Aqualad) when he said “it’s happening, we just recorded episode five, it’s happening.”

Following the season two finale in 2013, fans and creators pushed Warner Bros. Animation for a third season. The studio finally relented, announcing the show’s return in November.

Young Justice: Outsiders follows “the teen heroes facing their greatest challenge as they fight meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy.”

Along with the live-action Titans series, the new season of Young Justice is set to premiere on Warner Bros. DC streaming service.
