‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Cast List Officially Revealed

[POSSIBLE SPOILERS IN THIS ARTICLE]

With two weeks until Spider-Man: Homecoming’s premiere, Sony Pictures has released the official cast list, and with that, some spoilers.

So, you’ve been warned.

With the official cast list, we had some revelations, including that Gwyneth Paltrow will be a part of this movie. Paltrow reprise her role as Pepper Potts for the first time since Iron Man 3, having been absent in  Age of Ultron and Civil War.

But that’s not the only spoilers the list gave us.

The list also gives away the true identities of several cast members, revealing what could be two more potential villains in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Donald Glover (Community, Atlanta) will be playing Aaron Davis, a.k.a. the Prowler; Michael Mando (Orphan Black) will be Mac Gargan a.k.a. the Scorpion. However, it’s not confirmed if they are going to be actual villains in the movie apart from the Vulture.

We also now know we are going to see two versions of Shocker: the Herman Schultz version, played by Bokeem Woodbine (Fargo), and the Jackson Brice one, who will be played by Logan Marshall-Green (Devil).

Garcelle Beauvais (Flight) is listed as Doris Toomes, likely hinting she’s the Vulture’s wife (or ex-wife) and possibly hinting what Zendaya’s role could be with that news.

Stan Lee’s cameo is confirmed as a character named Gary, and Chris Evans will also have cameo as Captain America, although it’s unknown whether we’ll see him only in the disciplinary videos playing at Peter Parker’s school or outside of them too.
