Robert Downey Jr. Shares Behind the Scenes ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Photo

While we all wait in desperate anticipation for Avengers: Infinity War, it looks like the star studded cast is having a great time on set.

Robert Downey Jr. shared a photo on his Twitter of the playful camaraderie occurring during production. In the picture, Downey along with costars Benedict Cumberbatch, Mark Ruffalo, and Benedict Wong, seem to be taking a refreshment break in-between scenes. The group seem to all be sporting their appropriate hero costumes, while Ruffalo relaxes in a plain t-shirt.

Judging by the condition of Downey’s shirt, Tony might be in for a little roughhousing.

It seems like no matter what side the heroes are fighting on, they can always find great humor in their off-time.

Avengers: Infinity War is set to release May 4, 2018 and is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, with story by Captain America: Winter Soldier scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The film is jam packed with as many Marvel heroes it can hold, starring Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel. Also set to appear are Pom Klementieff, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Tom Holland, Sebastian Stan, Chadwick Boseman, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hiddleston, Benicio Del Torom and Josh Brolin as the frightening, infamous, all-powerful, highly-anticipated villain Thanos.
