PlayStation opened their E3 conference the way they opened PSX this past December — with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. And it didn’t disappointment. In the new trailer, more of the action the series is famous for was put on display, crazy set-pieces and all. Additionally, a glimpse of the villain (Asav) also seemed to be shown, as well as tension between the Chloe and Nadine.
No one expected their partnership would be without its flaws. At the end of the day, they’re both out for themselves. Since the expansion follows the two women known for either besting Nathan Drake or constantly saving his ass, you can bet this adventure is going to get rocky. Will they eventually turn on one another? The trailer appears to at least intimate such an occurrence. Therefore, it’s probably far more complicated that it looks at first glance.
As expected from Naughty Dog, the game is beautiful, and the setting in India’s Western Ghats mountains will certainly do both the story and the gameplay favors. What are you most looking forward to in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy? Let us know in the comments below.
The Lost Legacy hits PS4 later this summer on August 22.
