They went on to announce the “Creation Club”, a service for modded content for Skyrim and Fallout 4. The club will feature weapons, armor, outfits, accessories, and crafting and house features. These creations will be made by Bethesda and outside developers, “working hand in hand with Bethesda”, so the content should be fully compatible. Creation Club content will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
