With the world still buzzing over the success of Wonder Woman, director Patty Jenkins has found her next project.
She is reportedly attached to horror streaming service Shudder’s original project Riprore. It is based on a story by Jenkins’ husband, author Sam Sheridan.
Riprore focuses on the heart of gangland Los Angeles, where a gruesome discovery sparks a frenetic homicide investigation, but underneath the surface lurks a darkness that leads to the end of days.
Shudder Originals first movie is the documentary Primal Screen, which examines why people seek out the things that scare them.
Other projects in development by the network include Deadwax about a vinyl record that kills everyone who listens to it, a series about a world where blond women are monsters and a project loosely based on Ted Bundy.
