RUMOR: Josh Gad Drops Major Hint Of Role as DCEU’s The Penguin
A tweet can say a thousand words.
Yesterday, Monkey Fighting Robots reported that Josh Gad tweeted a photo of him with Geoff Johns and Jon Berg, all the while holding a Batman comic book.

Looking closer, it appears to be a Batman comic with The Penguin on the cover. For the past few weeks, Gad has been notorious for dropping hint via social media of his involvement in the DCEU as The Penguin. It is important to note that Warner Bros. themselves have not confirmed anything. Since Matt Reeves took the helm for The Batman, it has been reported that “the film would face major re-workings” under their new director, which can include a new villain to cast.
The Batman is tentatively set to be released sometime in 2020.
