Millie Bobby Brown Reveals She Auditioned With Hugh Jackman For a Role in ‘Logan’
Stranger Things breakout star, Millie Bobby Brown recently told Variety that she auditioned in front of Hugh Jackman for a role in Wolverine’s final film, Logan.
During an interview which was part of Variety‘s “Actors on Actors” series, she told Evan Rachel Wood that she read for the role of Laura Kinney/X-23 in the James Mangold directed flick.
Brown had this to say about the audition process, “I was like, ‘It’s going to be amazing, I’m going to really prepare,’ and I sat in my room reading the lines,” she said. “Honestly, for me, I felt so — I felt an actor, in the audition room, hitting Hugh Jackman, and James Mangold sitting right in front of me.”

Despite not getting the part, she told Wood that she did see the film and had nothing but praise for her fellow young actor, Dafne Keen. She said, “I watched it; she was incredible. It meant so much to me.”
