Robin Wright on ‘Wonder Woman’ Film: “It’s About Love and Justice” and New Look at General Antiope
With the Wonder Woman release date quickly approaching and the embargo on non-spoiler social media comments lifted to allow the positive reviews to pour in, it makes sense that we are getting to know more about the film’s other heavy hitters.
Award-winning actress, Robin Wright, is one of the stars of the upcoming Wonder Woman film and she plays General Antiope, sister of Queen Hippolyta and aunt of Princess Diana of Themyscira.
Currently taking part in the Cannes Film Festival, Wright was interviewed by Variety about her next film, Wonder Woman. During the interview, Wright said, “It’s about love and justice, that’s what the film’s about. And what a great message to spread to our little ones.”
