Mark Isham Confirmed As Composer For Marvel’s ‘Cloak & Dagger’
Mark Isham, a composer whose works include Crash, Once Upon A Time, Black Dahlia and American Crime has recently released a personal confirmation that he will be the composer for Marvel’s newest television property, Cloak and Dagger.
Mark Isham is mainly known for his work with electronic music and jazz which should make for interesting audial pieces within the television series.
Cloak and Dagger, described as a superhero love story, will follow the relationship between Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson who find themselves imbued with mysterious abilities and the trials and tribulations that they will have to face in discovering themselves in this coming-of-age tale based on a highly-regarded Marvel property.
Cloak and Dagger stars Olivia Holt as Tandy Bowen/Dagger, Aubrey Joseph as Tyrone Johnson/Cloak, Andrea Roth as Tandy’s mother, Gloria Reuben as Tyrone’s mother, Miles Mussenden as Tyrone’s father, Carl Lundstedt as Tandy’s troublemaker boyfriend and J.D. Evermore as a detective with a hidden secret.
Cloak and Dagger teleports its way onto the small screen on an unspecified date in 2018.
